How we collect, use, and protect your information.

This Privacy Policy describes how Efeeo Inc. ("Efeeo," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit efeeo.com, contact us, or use our products and services, including our Product Security Assurance platform and offerings made available through cloud marketplaces such as the Microsoft Azure Marketplace (together, the "Services").
Information you provide. When you request a demo, contact us, subscribe to updates, or open a support request, we collect the information you give us — typically your name, work email address, company, role, and the content of your message.
Account and subscription information. If your organization purchases a Service, we collect the information needed to provision and administer it: administrator names and work email addresses, tenant identifiers, and subscription details. For purchases made through a cloud marketplace, the marketplace operator (for example, Microsoft) sends us transaction and entitlement information such as your subscription identifier, plan, and purchasing tenant.
Service and usage data. Our Services generate operational logs and governance metadata — records about policy evaluations, approvals, and system events. Our platform is designed as a monitoring layer: it processes governance metadata and references your organization's underlying records by pointer; it is not designed to take custody of your firm's client records or communications content.
Website data. Like most websites, we collect standard technical information when you visit efeeo.com, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page.
We use the information we collect to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Services; to provision and manage subscriptions and entitlements; to respond to inquiries and support requests; to send administrative and, where permitted, marketing communications; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not use your organization's governance data to train machine-learning models for other customers.
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with: (a) service providers that host and support our infrastructure and operations (such as cloud hosting, email, and analytics providers) under confidentiality obligations; (b) cloud marketplace operators, as required to process your subscription; (c) professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants where necessary; and (d) authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property. If Efeeo is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we process, including encryption in transit, access controls based on least privilege, managed identities rather than shared credentials for service-to-service access, and logging of administrative activity. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes such as complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Governance metadata processed on behalf of a customer is retained according to the terms of that customer's agreement with us.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@efeeo.com. If we process your information on behalf of one of our customers (for example, your employer), we may direct your request to that customer, who controls that data.
We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Our Services are business tools intended for organizational use. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice such as an email to registered administrators.
