How to reach us and what to expect when you do.
Email contact@efeeo.com for all product and account questions. To help us respond quickly, include your company name, the product or subscription you are using, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or error messages.
Support hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time, excluding U.S. federal holidays. We respond to new requests within one business day.
If you purchased an Efeeo offering through the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, product and onboarding questions come to us at the address above. Billing, invoicing, and subscription-management questions for marketplace purchases are handled by Microsoft through the Azure portal, since Microsoft processes marketplace transactions.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in an Efeeo product or service, email contact@efeeo.com with "SECURITY" in the subject line. Please do not disclose the issue publicly until we have had a chance to investigate and respond. Security reports are triaged ahead of routine requests.
