Please read these terms carefully before using our website and services.
Last updated: July 5, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the efeeo.com website and, unless superseded by a separate written agreement, the products and services offered by Efeeo Inc. ("Efeeo," "we," "us"), including offerings made available through cloud marketplaces such as the Microsoft Azure Marketplace (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If your organization has signed a subscription agreement, order form, or statement of work with Efeeo, or has accepted offer-specific terms through a cloud marketplace, those terms control for the Services they cover. These Terms govern everything else, including use of this website.
The Services are business tools intended for use by organizations and their authorized personnel. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials used to access the Services and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at contact@efeeo.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
You agree not to: use the Services in violation of applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; reverse engineer or copy the Services except as permitted by law; or use the Services to build a competing product.
The Services, including all software, content, and trademarks, are the property of Efeeo and its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Services as described here or in your agreement with us, no rights are granted to you.
As between you and Efeeo, your organization owns the data it submits to or generates through the Services, including policies, configurations, evidence records, and governance records. You grant Efeeo the rights needed to host and process that data to provide the Services. Our platform is a monitoring and evidence layer: it processes product-security metadata and references your organization's underlying records; your organization remains responsible for the retention and custody of its own records under applicable requirements.
Efeeo is a technology company, not a law firm, accounting firm, or registered investment adviser. The Services, including any generated reports, summaries, or assessments, are informational tools and do not constitute legal, compliance, or investment advice. Use of the Services does not guarantee compliance with any law or regulation or any particular outcome of a regulatory examination. You are responsible for your own regulatory obligations and should consult qualified counsel for advice on your specific circumstances.
The Services may interoperate with third-party platforms and services, including cloud providers, marketplace operators, and AI model providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and Efeeo is not responsible for third-party services.
Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Efeeo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to the Services, even if advised of the possibility. Efeeo's total liability for claims arising under these Terms will not exceed the amounts paid by you to Efeeo for the Services in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have paid nothing.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The state and federal courts located in Washington will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising under these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
